I would guess that the effect of these drugs given to 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 year-old kids that don't need these drugs, would be different than giving them to someone who actually may have a mental health problem. What is LPRI ? I keep find figures close to what I posted. Maybe you are talking about just young children ? Even though it's irrelevent, the 75% figure actually bolsters my argument.

It's not guns that are the problem. It's people with guns that are the problem. And if the people happen to have a certain mental illness, it's a bigger problem.
